Ethics and Values are non existent at Virgin active

It's been a few months now since I have signed up for gym membership for both my son and I. Quick to take my money but cannot follow through on promises made at the time of sale. I have clearly got to question the company's ethics, customers are clearly only signed on to contribute towards profits only. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
