Error in Administration Resulting in Incorrect Debt

I am writing to bring to your attention an error in administration of my account by the Sunningdale branch that has resulted in an incorrect debt being attributed to me. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter amicably, I am still being held liable for the amount. I have dependents on my account namely, Spouse (D***) and minor daughter (A****). It appear like Asante’s account has been billed separate from my account due to an failure of the Sunningdale branch to link the accounts. All along my bank account was debited every month. To my surprise I got a message to say I owe R2700 on Asante’s account which was supposed to be part of my membership account.
