Equipment falling apart, no generator

Virgin active Constantia. There has clearly been a lack of maintenance for some time. Equipment remains broken for weeks on end. To top it off, they do not have a generator and vacates the gym during loadshedding. I’m not sure where my monthly fee is going?! Thinking of just cancelling the membership at this point
