ENOUGH IS ENOUGH VIRGIN ACTIVE!!!!

La lucia gym STILL has problems with its aircon!!!! I have trained there for 15 years, and EVERY SINGLE SUMMER, the aircon gives up!!! How can it be that this gym has not put in a NEW RELIABLE aircon yet, in 15 years???!!! Secondly, how can Virgin active even charge members a monthly fee, when the aircon does NOT WORK??? EVERYONE is complaining about this!!! It is unpleasant training in such humid and hot conditions in this gym!!!! Members have had enough!!!! When will a new aircon be installed?? It should have been done during winter!!!!
