Ended membership - Virgin stills debits my account.

I have cancelled my account on the 04 April 2023. I phoned and followed up 2 to 3 times and no one can cancel my Debit order. Virgin active is still debitting my account in August 2023. When did get through, there was confirmation that my memebership was indeed closed/ended on the system but the debits still happen.

I have tried using the company's system which is absolutely frustrating, where calls keep dropping. No one can help you and you get transferred around the whole company without resolve.

So I am trying here and hopefully there is some finality to financially stopping this ******* debit from going off every month.
