Empty promises - no free month

When I rejoined there was no Free bag or special joining rate, instead it was the promise of a measly one month free! Well 4 months down the line and numerous emails to customer services which are never answered and promises of return calls and I am still waiting for the free month!!! Shocking service all around and full of empty promises
