Empty promises

I joined Virgin Active in Boulders 2018 October for 12 months package and i received 2 months free as welcome pack.Then in October 2019 I was called by Mbuso who advised me that my membership is ending this month for which he activated for me for another 12 months and he advised me that my first payment will run in December 2019 as they're still running the promotion. Then 3 days after i received sms alerting me that my first debit order will in November ,Then Mbuso told me to ignore since my first payment is in December .They payment went off in November and tried to find out from Gym administrator with no positive responds.I reversed the transaction on the 26th November 2019. And I will look for other gym with are able to fullfill their promises. Regards Kulani Machavi ***)
