Empty promises

When i joined back in 2022 Dec i was told i would get a bag when they are back in stock.

To date i havent received the bag and my membership has expired and now on a month to month contract.

The person who signed me up has since left the gym.

As a loyal member of virgin active i feel like i was short changed here.

I am requesting that you look into it as i was really looking forward to a gym bag.

I have two referrals but i wont refer them if all they are going to get are empty promises from me.

Sent emails a week ago no response. Followed up and no response again. So customer complaints or queries dont matter Cindie Otto since u are the general managervm?
