Empty promises!!!

My fiance and I signed up to the club, me a few months before. When I signed up I received a gym bag as it was part of a signup package!<br> When my Fiance went to sign up, they also had bags to be given as a gift, but due to no stock we were told we will receive it on a later stage. It has now been months and when he went to inquire on why we do not get any feedback we were told that the new club Manager had not yet collected them from head office and will do so in the week. Weeks passed and on another inquiry an employee told him that he would have gotten a bag on sign up but he has to see it as 'losers weepers'<br> <br> We are very unhappy due to the fact that so many empty promises are made and then at the end you are made out to be the one responsible for the fault!!<br> Having us come back for collection only to be faced with excuses and having to leave empty handed is very embarrassing and also frustrating for not keeping to an agreement!!!
