Emotional abuse to chidren under 5years in Vclub

My wife took my 3 year old daughter into the Vclub kiddies playroom before her gym session on 12th October at approx 10:00am and the child was received with a VERY cold welcome. Nevertheless the child went in and my wife went to train. Feeling odd about the reaction she decided to walk past the playroom a short while later only to see the child was standing and crying continuosly whilst the responsible club employees sat and read a magazine and continued to work on the computer not making any effort to comfort the child. Surprised to see the mum they immediately exclaimed \we were about to page you!". To my knowledge the parents are called personally and not via the computer like Nosi (Employee) mentioned. My wife has been struggling to train as the child resists the gym playroom and the day she decides to go in the experience is pathetic. So once again her membership will be paid for another month which she cannot use as the idiots in the playroom have no care for kids. This is disgusting! Really! Is this how you treat our little children?And we pay for the VClub!!. I will continue to report this on all possible forums until resolution has been reached. These are small children!!"""
