Emergency Lights

When I visited Virgin Active - Table View, everything seemed fine until at the end of my workout.<br> The men's steam room is unhygienic with green mold accumulating on the tiles and the smell in there is sometimes unbearable - even when the steam room is unoccupied! There are times when it smells fresh like eucalyptus, but only if you bring your own drops!<br> Some of the piping in the steam room is un-neat and over whelming (looks like it was repaired and only left like that till it breaks again).<br> <br> Electricity issues:<br> Some nights, during load shedding, the emergency lights kicks in and we can continue with some basic exercises, other nights the emergency lights doesn't even work! <br> How can the emergency lights only work on some occasions and not all the time?
