Either inept or doing brinkmanship with the law...

I still have not been able to resolve the cancellation dispute, attempts to call the call centre ends up with agents who don't have context on the matter, being passed around to departments and just sudden terminations of the call without any callbacks. I resorted to visiting the previous gym in hopes of resolving the matter, to date that has been 3 visits.
