Eish wena virgin active

I jave app**** for a membership alo g with my wife. And then comes feedback that i still owe virgin active for a previous contract more than 10 years ago, but the account was sold to MBD attorneys. The screenshot provided to me, does not proof it is my account, and they are not giving me the membershio untill i paid? Butbtheu sold the debt..according to them? So now i have been calling the nuber given to me, same as mbd online number, no answer. No responde to email. I send my id number to MBD attoneys whatsapp chatbot, they do not pick up any debt on my id. Mu credit score record is clear, no indication of old debts. So now i want to know, after several mesages up and down, trying to get us in contact with so called mbd attorneys...nothing is happening, meanwhile my wife is now alone trapped with a new gym contract which she does not want at the moment anymore since i am not getting access, and she does not want to gym alone. So who is wrong where, and by law how long ,if there was any debt due by me whichbi am not agreeing to, as it was so long ago i dont even recal any colelctions steps or anything? Why dont info match and why is this dragged out and i dont get Access. We are very disapointed. Which was to be a new healthy journey for us is now ruined.
