Drop the call if u want a phone number

I phone Virgin Active ***to get the number for the area manager for Germiston and was told that they can only give me his email address . I tried to explain to the lady that I want his phone number she drop the phone in my ear !!!!! I think that is very bad for a gym that size !!! To employ people that work so nice with clients !!
