DOUBLE STANDARDS VIRGIN ACTIVE

NON - COMPLIANCE BY VIRGIN ACTIVE OF ITS OWN RULES - ************/ HARASSMENT BY VIRGIN ACTIVE . Having battled for an inordinate period with Virgin Active in an attempt to get them to monitor the Super Circuit at most of their gyms being a Premier Member ( impossible to complete because of non -compliance of members and enforcement of Rules by Virgin Active ) . Was insulted and ignored by a member , black woman writer being white , the former who attempted to turn matter into a racial issue , who refused to move from a machine within the Super Circuit having joined it on an ad hoc basis . I lodged complaint in form of an Affidavit describing the provocation / insults when I requested her to move ie application of Rules remembering that their is / was no staff member on the floor , as usual , the incompetence of the Managers of the Fores**** Club in effectively addressing the issue . In response and despite her breaching the Super Circuit Rules the insults/ provocation , I have received a defamatory , unspecific , inaccurate Warning Letter accusing me of unknown and heinous behavior . I have repeated addressed Isak Laubuschagne, Regional Director Western Cape ,who has simply ignored , made promises which he has now conveniently ignores and has in aggravation dismissed my valid objections merely stating that he is and I quote " comfortable with the Warning Letter " in addition arrogantly states that he now considers the matter closed ! I intend advising both the Virgin Active Group UK and have advised Discovery Health of this matter , along with other action that I am considering in lieu of Virgin Active 's behavior and reply .

I note the extremely poor standards and un-professionalism of Virgin Active merely being able to attract and dictate to members due to the scarcity of competition . Hopefully this situation is changing .
