Don't trust virgin active sales people

I was **** to by the salesman at virgin active Roodepoort when I took out my contract in October last year. He made me take out two contracts 1 for myself and 1 for my son. I pay R1240 and R1510 per month. I pay R2750 for myself and my 15 year old son. I wanted to add vitality onto my package, the salesman said I won't have to pay the fee because I had to wait for planet fitness to cancel my contract first. It took longer than expected for the vitality benefit to be open to put my virgin contract on. Now I was told I have to pay R699. Two times so R1398 because two contracts were sold to me by the salesman. Trying. To talk to the staff is infuriating, you try and explain yourself just to be told to pay the money. The salesman doesn't work there anymore. I am being ********** by **** artists.
