Dont trust Virgin Active! Get everything in writing

After bring a member of Virgin Active for 25+ years I cancelled my contract with them due to overcrowding of all the gyms in my area. I cancelled the contract in November 2023 and I was told I could train until 11 December 2023 with December debit order being my final one.

January I was debited R1280 and I contacted the brabch where I cancelled my contract (bel air, Randburg) thry acknowledged the error, assured me of my cancellation and refunded me within 7 days.

I have now just been debited for a full month again. This is unacceptable and far from the last place i am raising this issue.

Get everything in writing!!!
