Don’t trust Virgin Active

Virgin Active has the worst service and customer care EVER ! I phoned and emailed (a month in advance) to stop my year contract from continuing. Still they continued their debit orders after my contract was ‘cancelled’. I had to phone head office and go to the bank to stop them. (Didn’t get my money back) SUCH a struggle. The same thing happened to my husband. I will never support Virgin Active again. I don’t trust them. Very disappointed.
