Dont join VIRGIN ACTIVE

Last month I rejoined as a member, only to find out that a ********** account had been opened in my name using my ID number. This means your personal information is not safe with the company, I then joined their March campaign where I was told I will start paying in May. Now I am being told my account is in arrears by their very rude call centre. I advise anyone who has another option, not the join. No one has even apologised for their many errors
