DON'T JOIN

I tried to cancel my contract via their web site and never received any conformation. Then phoning them to cancel it and following their prompts, they kept me holding on the line for more than 20 min (never even answered the phone). I decided to try a different route. Followed the prompts to collections department and guess what, they answered within 20 seconds. Meaning they don't care about customers leaving there gym but rather MONEY.
