Worst services ever!!! They take your money after cancelling, do double deductions, and add someone else details to your bank account. So paying for someone else to go to the gym. They can't even find me or my details on their system. Every time you phone you get transferred to someone else. Nobody is interested in assisting. Give my money back and stop this immediately DON'T EVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH VIRGIN!!!!!!
