Don’t ever join virgin active!

I’m absolutely disgusted and outraged by how the club conducts itself.

My contract had now ended which I’d expect the club to stop deducting To my surprise a debit order went through this morning Firstly it’s been lockdown and my membership was frozen, how am I supposed to track how money months are left and when I should call to cancel the contract? 2. Why wasn’t this stipulation discussed with me upon joining the gym? 3.why dosent virgin active send out messages reminding customers that their membership is about to expire??
