ABSOLUTELY USELESS MANAGEMENT

Despite codifying multiple requests for maintenance at the Century City branch the management has been incapable of maintaining or repairing the following AFTER 12 months of repeated requests.

1) the handrail of the left staircase is DANGER to users. 2) the hand shower in the men’s steam room is still broken (more than 12 months after 1st reporting it). 3) the door of the steam room is still broken 4) the steam room steamer cycles occasionally (it is costing VA an absolute fortune in wasted energy). 5) despite spending THOUSANDS on replacing the hot water generation the staff in this facility have no idea what they are doing and on multiple occasions in the last 2 weeks the pools are cold. 6) despite having the latest in gizmos email WhatsApp etc the staff are incapable of messaging “that the pools are” cold. 7) there is ABSOLUTELY no notification at reception of the issues. 8) the TOTALLY *********** management of Century City purchased a replacement shower for the men’s steam room that lasted exactly 3 days. How can you purchase a domestic product for a commercial installation. Not only that but it was the COMPLETELY WRONG product.
