Don't believe their promotions - you might just never get it

Shockingly terrible. My husband and I went to sign up in September 2019 with Virgin Active in Sunninghill. We had to pay R900 for membership activatioan fees, although you would have received a voucher back to buy things at Woolworths or Takealot which would have made up for it. Planet fitness had no activation fees, and I would have gone to Planet Fitness if it was not for the voucher promotion. I never received the voucher and followed up so many times for 4 months now and this is still not resolved. no is giving you feedback and they want you to call the promo company, even though Virgin Active made the promise.
