Don't get what you pay for

Virgin Active Strand has multiple broken machines that remain this way for months, Leaking water fountains that have been that way for 3 months. <br> <br> Had my car broken into last night in their parking lot with a security guard right there,Now have to pay for my window broken and new computer ****** out of my boot. Do not park your car by Virgin active parking in Strand <br> <br> No floor instructors on floor during peak hour, got my brother in law to sign up and had bad service due to the sales person having to do the deal in another sales persons name. Could not pay for gym for one month due to not having a job so I was blocked from using the gym and still had to pay for that month that I was not allowed to use (doubt that is legal) No service from virgin active and the only time I heard from them was like a second after my gym fees bounced wanting their money. Shame on you...
