Does not stick to agreement!!!!
I had an agreement with Virgin active that I would not cancel my account but rather pay the arrears and downgrade my membership for now. My husband is unemployed. You guys then went and took off the R402 for full membership this weekend despite our agreement and despite you trying to get me to keep the contract. We are surviving on less than half our income. I have now been charged for the unpaid debit order and my credit rating is being affected. I want the contract cancelled. I never want to do business with you people again. Worst service ever.
