Do not keep promises

I was signed up by someone who I believed to be very good at her job, Nothando Mbatha, after assisting me though she kept hounding for more customers and again I admired her persistence. Eventually I called her over to my place of work where she brought a guy named Craig along as well. I helped them get close to 12 new customers in 1 day. I noticed as well that they were giving out gym bags to the new clients and since I never received one I asked them to when I was going to get one. They said they ran out of stock but would come back and bring me one. This was over 8 months ago. I even saw Craig a few times after that because he kept coming back to my workplace but yet everytime I asked him he keeps saying they don't have stock. Nothando I believe does not work as a sales person anymore but she does still work at Virgin active. <br> <br> Today my workplace sends an email saying that Virgin active is going to be in the building and if we sign up we get a free gym bag. So clearly there is stock, but yet again I don't get one.<br> <br> I am not concerned about the actual bag, that is just material but I am concerned that your company and your staff make promises but then do not keep them.
