DO NOT JOIN VIRGIN ACTIVE! UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER!!!!

UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER OF R1480 , where my usual debit order is R370 pm. I phoned westville Pavillion to have it resolved, they phoned back and said i must call the call centre, I explained that i did that and waited an hour, to eventually give up, and wont call the call centre again as it is VIRGIN ACTIVE’s ERROR AND THEY NEED TO PHONE ME AND PAY BACK MY MONEY, JUST TO HAVE THE VIRGIN ACTIVE REPRESENTATIVE SLAM THE CALL DOWN IN MY EAR!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
