Dissatisfied with Virgin Active Customer Service

The customer service is pathetic. Staff making their own decisions on customers accounts. Their telephone line is most times unavailable/not operational and even when sending a request via webpage or emailing customer service / webadmin nobody gives you a call back or even attempt to show interest in your query. When it comes to signing up new clients, they can call 5 times a day to convince you to sign up, now that an account issue needs to be resolved, no calls are received. Quite disappointed in this service.
