Dissatisfied with Virgin Active

My daughter took out a subscription at Virgin Active Vanderbijlpark in January 2024, she moved to Potchefstroom as she started University, she is not allowed to go to Virgin Active in Potchefstroom, she has been paying 8 months for nothing. I am disappointed, paying for a subscription you can't use.
