Dissatisfied with the service.

I have been with VA for awhile , however I moved my contract to VA Cornubia and it’s been an utter disappointment. I have encounted many issues from the time , they have given me the incorrect card , I had issues with regards to bullying in the pool , then a racial issues in the women’s change room and off recent events it was my rewards or visits not been logged. The hygiene of this environment is quite deplorable and furthermore the lack of maintenance on the equipment is quite concerning!

I have sent countless number of emails , made tons of calls to the call centre , head office and even emailed the club. The manager had been informed by head office but there was no resolution!

Till this date this issues haven’t been resolved and yet I’m been harassed for payment always ?!

Has this entity become a money making scheme and cannot live up to its expectations!
