Dissatisfied member

Some time yesterday around 12pm,i was utterly dissapointed at the manner of approach by Sipho Mweli, when we enquired about the gyms closure. Instead of assisting he chose to lambast and lash out.

I'm perturbed at his lack of professionalism,because up until yesterday's events,I had nothing but raving reviews about the aforementioned gym. If it were not for my efforts and the manager's efforts to diffuse the situation, things could've gotten out of hand.

I've been nothing but loyal to Virgin active, I only ask that Mr Mweli be dealt with accordingly.
