Dissatisfied Customer

I have a debit order mandate on my account and each month, the debit order just doesn’t go off! I have called countless times to have this rectified and I keep getting the same story that it’s being logged with IT, it’s being escalated. My payment to VA ALWAYS comes up as a missed payment, messing up my credit score. This is so frustrating and I am considering cancelling my membership now!!
