Dissatisfied customer!!!!!!

I am very disappointed at the customer service I'm receiving from Virgin Active, I literally have to sell my kidney just to get my contract cancelled, I have been calling since April but they try to convince you to pay half for 3 months to determine if you're sure about the decision. I took that option but realized that it's still not working for and called again in June to cancel which was not done, I called again in July and August, and it's still not done and apparently, I owe them for the two which I cancelled in time. as we speck my contract is still not cancel what does it honestly take to cancel this contract permanently this is ridiculous. at this point I?!
