Dissapointing behavior

Hi,

I received an sms like many other clients did yesterday, stating new weekend and holiday hours effective from May. It however did not state that all virgin active red will no longer operate on Sundays and holidays. When I got to the gym this morning I along with many other patrons discovered this. Why amend operating hours when there is plenty of traffic on holidays and Sundays? Why does virgin active remain open but virgin active red now does not? Is this not ************** of client profile? Red offers the basics and the monthly premium is less than Virgin active gyms but if the hours were to be amended, the monthly premium needs to be amended. I like many make use of the gym on Sundays and holidays due to busy work schedules and this is really dissapointing and puts a sour taste in one's mouth when I have been a member for years. I need feedback on the change and reduction in operating hours and will review my contractual obligation in terms of your amendment of this agreement if no satisfactory resolution is found.
