DISSAPOINTED AND VERY MUCH DISGUSTED!

The treatment i received at Virgin active KLOOF DURBAN is very prejudice! Four ladies involved in an argument at the change rooms and the outcome is only 2 of them get warnings and surprisingly I'm suspended from entering any VA club, by their head office im being told! Before they could even hear my side of the story in a form of an interview, and only after i enquire about not being interviewed they then ask to see me but then suspend me AGAIN!.. I paid by debit order an Amount of R575 as a classic member,i then get kicked out just like that...(suspended without any warning!!) in the middle of May so i forfeit the rest of the money i had already paid! How PATHETIC! I feel VA kloof manager is very biased,taking to account the way this case was handled ( 2 black ladies get suspended including me, other two only get warnings, having no grounds as to how they came up with such verdict when asked, i forfeit my money for the month of MAY and i was shoved with a letter of suspension for 6 MONTHS!! not to set foot on any Virgin active club!<br> <br> Ive never seen such unfair treatment in my life! Being judged before being able to state my side of the story,IM AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED with VA
