Dissapointed

I'm am very disappointed in virgin - as i've been billed first month - when I was under the impression that the funds is only coming out of my bank end - of this month - which makes sense looking at the time I signed in - I did not make provision for this because I was not expecting the funds to be requested from my account:

I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Amy and the conversation was decent: - The only thing that puts me off about this - is it'll count against my credit score and I cannot gym - because probably my membership - is blocked - I had the promotional sign up - '2months on us'

I feel off about this entire ordeal and very disappointed!!!
