Disrespectful staff

Defiantly bad service, the staff there keep spots for their friends who did not even book to attend the class. This was done by a guy called Lesley who works at GLEN AGRES VA, i did not book for a class which i fully understand that i have to wait for a free bike after a certain time to join in the class. So, he had already allowed members inside the class to keep a bike for one member who is like me who did not book on the app for that class, it did not even bother him when i told him I'm reporting this because he knows no one will attend to this (I ASSUME ITS HIS GYM). With confidence he told me to go ahead, i tried several times to email the club with the same issue because he is not the first one to do this, but no one attend to this. I pay for my membership but not for the staff to do favors for their friends. so, what is the use to book for classes on the app if they will allow their friends to keep spaces for them when they did not book. This is not what i pay for. Unless VA had turned to a friendship club.
