Disrespectful and Bad attitudes from staff

I had my cousin down from JHB on the weekend and his stay was extended for another day which is today and refused to let him stay at home so I phoned the branch that I normally go to work out and asked the receptionist if it was ok for him to come with me just for the time I was working out. She asked for my id number which I provided and advised me that she would leave a voucher at the reception when I visit. I arrive at the gym and advise the staff on duty that I had to collect a voucher for my cousin. The receptionist couldnt find anything so she called another staff member to assist. This man had no respect what so ever and kept on repeating that there was no voucher. The attitude displayed by this man made me angry as this is no way to treat a customer, making a point that I was at fault. I questioned him by saying that this is your team and I dont care who said what, all I was told that there was a voucher for me and I dont want to waste any time. Truly he is the most arrogant member in the team as I have no other issues with the rest of the team. I was advised that the number for the manager, Craig cant be given!, worst experience at gym in my life. Apology or cancellation!!
