Disrespect & Unprofessionalism

I just came back from virgin active Centurion with the intention to join the club.

Firstly, I phoned the club and I was assisted by the guy named Siya. He then told me to make an appointment with him for 13:45 PM and he advised I should tell the peopleat the reception I'm lookingfor him - as he would have informed them by the time I get there . I did that, I and closer to the time I dropped everything and headed to the club. I got the the club the ladies didn't know anything about what I was the for after asking for Siya. They then gave me an attitude, the 1 that was assisting first just left me like that and went to attend to someone else. Bridgette who was the 2nd lady was even at some point laughing at the situation and that's when I asked 'was there anything situation funny?' and she denied and said no she's not laughing and just smiling. Making me a fool cause she giggled right on my face. I then decided cancel my details I had written on the form and left the club so annoyed and she cared less. I wasted my time and fuel for nothing and my child was also looking forward to gym at that club. IM NOT HAPPY AND WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE😡
