Dismayed conditions of Virgin Active Health Club Rustenburg

Virgin Active Health Clubs... No more so healthy and good for our overall well being as advertised!!

I have been an active member of the Virgin Active Health club in Rustenburg for nearly 13 years now and have been witness to a steady decline in the quality and safety of the equipment and the general cleanliness of the entire club as a whole

Since the buy over in 2016 it seems that maintenance is no more a item of concern as high up on the list as what Mr Branson once had it and it is now of such poor state that our physical health and safety is being seriously effected by not just the poor conditions of the equipment but also of our personal health due to substandard cleanliness.

We have asked and complained about faulty equipment over and over as well as asking that general cleanliness should be looked at and upgraded but to no avail. General health and safety rules that use to be a big part of the group had come to such a point that a blatant disregard of personal space and the health of fellow patrons are now overlooked by staff and Virgin Active is slowly but surely becoming a dangerous infestation of germs that will cause serious infections and health concerns. The poor state of reconditioning and maintenance on the equipment is at such a beckoning state that i am shocked that no serious injuries have yet been recorded. (that I am aware of) I have a list and pictures to strengthen all of the above statements and wish for you to contact me in person for me to share these with you for your immediate action.

Please do take action against this institute to get back onto the standards that we as patrons once enjoyed.
