Dishonest Virgin Active

Signed up at Morningside gym well over a year ago, been going there on and off for quite some time. Now all of a sudden my membership was changed to Virgin Active Sandton and I’m blocked at Morningside. Phone Virgin help line only to be told that if I wish to change to Morningside my fee will go from R147 to R230.
