Dishonest and vague services, rude salesmen who try to intimidate you.

Absolute joke of a club. Was a member for years, when my contract ended they DID NOT LET ME KNOW, and just billed month-to-month. Then in June they urged me to sign up for a new contract, I could get benefits and link to my medical aid. Needless to say after signing they didn’t bother sending me the new contract or even telling me that my “new contract” was incomplete and thus invalid because of a problem in their system. So they double charged my old bank account which I explicitly signed to change instead. Extremely rude two salespeople. Both male and patronizing, sent unprofessional WhatsApps and threatened to bring me a cancellation form when I expressed how upset and frustrated I was with the lack of communication. When they could see I wanted to really cancel my membership they changed their tone completely. Needless to say, I’m OUT and happy about it. This fighting and inadequate communication of weeks of back and forth has caused more stress than the damn overpriced gym sessions could relief. I’m happy to be out and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Especially students who have to scramble to pay the fees every month only to be mistreated and patronized.
