Dishonest and poor administration

My contract ended last year.

I cancelled my membership, however they said I still needed to pay for the month of April. They can't tell me why I need to pay for the whole month. They Wouldn't show me my contract where these terms are stipulated.

This is very fustrating and I lost my trust in them.

I will advise people not to join Virgin Active Menly or any Virgin active and to rather join the Planet Fitness where you contract is properly explained to you, The Equipment is newer and the monthly fee is more affordable.
