DISHONEST AND DECEIVING

<p>my experience with virginn active is very bad, i was a memember with them while i was staying at pretoria east, was in the parkview branch , i had to move to pretoria north, and one of their consulted made me to join the gym , and suprisingly they are too fast about the money than the terms of the contract , i joined and they never gave me the contract , they keep on saying all is well, until such time i wanted to cancel because was or im paying 350 monthly and the gym is far now and the job i have dont get enough time to go to the gym , i then called to say i dont want to gym anymore , please cancel, yoooo the attitude start changing now , you no longer see the smiles, was told the contract doesnt allow, you will have to pay the full amount before we can cancel, i explained that i dont even know the contract you are talking about, why was i not told or given the contract, VIRGIN ACTIVE ITS STILL TAKING MY MONEY EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING , EVEN THE CONSULTANT ARE VERY RUDE, I REVERSED THE DEBITS FOR 2MONTHS AND THEY IMMIDIETALY CALLED FOR OUTSTATING AMOUNT , NOT FOR ASSISTING WITH CANCELLATION, AND TOOK MY NAME TO CREDITS BEREU</p>
