Dishonest Agent at Virgin Active

A consultant Yazid Moosa @Virgin Active Westgate Mitchell’s plain has misled me of a promotion that was run regarding 3 months free off your membership and has debited my account but I clearly stated to him that I do not wish to be debited from my account.He stated that it would just be for the first instalment which was also a lie. There was a premium increase which I was not informed about either and was debited outside my pay date as well as from my account.

Reference number for complaint : *** I am astounded by his putrid and the fact that when I asked him for his surname he **** and gave me a **** surname.

I am taking this matter further and presenting the Ombudsman with this atrocious service and the fact that I was misled.
