Dishonest !!!

Unprecedented times, loss of job and no money for food. This was my email to Durbanville Virgin Active but NO, if we want to terminate our contact we need to pay!! Ridiculous.

This is after joining 3 months ago and might I add , every month there was something wrong with the amount that was deducted. Always cheap excuses!!

Will never trust again!!!
