Disgusting unhelpful VIRGIN ACTIVE N1 CITY service

I am disgusted and absolutely gob smacked with the "service"(if you can even call it that) of VIRGIN ACTIVE N1 CITY. I opened up a contract 2 years ago trying to live a better and healthier lifestyle, as life is I work long hours as well as weekends, and having a toddler and a family obviously like all of us we want to spend time with them. Trying to go to the gym became a bit impossible as if I went at night I would only spend an hour with my son per night. So I paid for 2 years a fee of R570 every month for both myself and my son, not minding to pay the fee because my younger brothers swim every day for 2 hours at the gym, and my mom looks after him while they are swimming. In the 2 years of having this gym contract I MAYBE, if even that went 10 times. I had to also open the gym contract because my mom looks after my son from 13:00 til about 17:00 when my fiance fetches him from my mother at the gym. My mother kept on being hassled by the virgin active staff about my 3 year old son who just sits on her lap in the Kaui area as my brothers swim. So my son is not taking up space , using any of there facilities or carrying on and making a noise. He sits on my mothers lap and eats a ****in while they swim. After I cancelled my contract as I found it no longer necessary to have as I was wasting R570 every month for a "service" I wasnt using or getting anything from it, they phoned me telling me I will have to open another gym contract as my son may not be there without me, as his mother, not having a gym contract. His grandmother, who looks after him, has a gym contract and is his guardian during the day as I work. I dont understand how I have to pay a gym fee of R570 for my son to sit on my mothers lap for 2hrs, and when I had the gym contract and he wanted to go play on at VClub area he was only allowed to be there for and 1hr. Half the time my son refused to go because he was unhappy there(they suppose to be entertaining the children) Some do and some does not even talk to you when you drop your child. The reason I am disgusted is because VIRGIN ACTIVE N1 CITY is trying to force me to open up another contract to basically ***** money from me for another 2 years because my son may not sit on my mothers lap. I dont understand how this is allowed , they are not even willing to assist us so that we can add him to my mothers gym and pay a fee for him, I have to pay them money where I am getting nothing. When I explained to them I dont see why I need to pay you a fee of R570 for another however long for my son to sit on my mothers lap the guy answered back " I understand", so I told him you dont understand because you are still trying to force me to open a contract and pay R570 for my son to sit on my mothers lap for 2 hrs max. They are not even willing to accommodate or make another plan for me to just pay for my son.
