Disgusting treatment of gym member

I was training on the circuiting the gym. Another patron a woman decided to start using the circuit machines not in order and not as a circuit. She was doing 3 or more sets per machine she decided to use. The patron refused to move when the machine she was using was next in circuit queue. I approached reception to deal with this as clearly the patron even though sign posted refused to abide by the circuit rules. Nothing was done by gym staff. I approached again. Again nothing was done so third time I approached staff demanding to speak to a manager and for manager intervention. Eventually a manager was called over the intercom. After some time a Mivuyo Mnyaizd - supposedly the manager approached me at reception. While I was telling him the issue he just started to walk off. Turns out he supposedly delegated dealing with the other patron to a Tracy Duke (A Biokineticist.) NOTE: I know a Biokineticist is a person paying rental to the gy for them to use the facilities and have their own clients. This was not Tracys duty to perform anyway. Mivuyo failed to do his duty.I asked to speak to his manager, Turns out to be another person at the gym named Nontarha Dandala. She supposedly runs two gyms and was at the other down the road. At this point my frustration has been pushed to the limit and I ask that she come to the gym and discuss the matter. Answer no. I ask that she call me and I go continue to train. I finish and not she has not called me. I go complain at reception again and told she has informed them to tell me she will call me the following day (14th Feb 2020). This is unacceptable get her number and start discussing the matter and clearly see the disinterest. I am told it's her day off. I ask for superiors details that I may discuss this poorly handled matter. Nontarha promptly informs me that she is not comfortable discussing this matter and will call me the next day. Adding massively to my frustration. Why can I not discuss the matter and her subsequent lack of service and action with her superior. I promptly sms'ed her several times asking for her superiors details. Her response was simple and attached, she won't supply details and does not feel comfortable and will call me the next day. How will virgin active resolve this? I have emailed this review to *** along with screen shots of sms's. Let us see if Nontarha willl bother even calling.
