Disgusting service virgin active

I'm absolutely disgusted with virgin active, I spoke to sunward park my home gym, I have been sent to george for work on sort notice they said it shouldn't be a problem I can use the george virgin active, george virgin active says only from the 10th of December, and i do not under stand why to active the any gym option is 3 x the standard price. I see now reason why I should you virgin active if I have a planet fitness half the distance from my home. I need someone to contact me so I can cancel my virgin membership!
